Descarboxyl Febuxostat product with CAS: 1335202-60-2 is also known as 2-(2-Methylpropoxy)-5-(4-methyl-2-thiazolyl)benzonitrile; 2-Isobutoxy-5-(4-methylthiazol-2-yl)benzonitrile. This product can be used as a working standard or secondary reference standard (additional internal validation as per respective FDA regulations/guidelines may require). This compound is generally used for Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA) during commercial production of Febuxostat and its related formulations.
