SynThink Research Chemicals respects patents and other intellectual property rights. We do not knowingly make, offer, sell or export any product in a way that infringes a valid patent in force.
We supply impurity reference standards, metabolites, intermediates, building blocks, and related research chemicals in laboratory quantities. They support analytical method development and validation, impurity identification and profiling, stability and degradation studies, and related research and regulatory work. Many of our products are distinct chemical compounds from the drug substances they relate to. The name of a drug in a product or category name identifies the drug to which an impurity relates. It does not mean we offer that drug.
Information on our website, in our catalogues, and in other listings invites enquiries. It is not an offer for sale. Every order is subject to our review and acceptance.
If a product, or its intended use, is covered by a patent in force in the country where it would be made, used, or delivered, we supply it only where the law permits. Examples are acts done solely for uses reasonably related to developing and submitting information required by drug regulators: Section 107A(a) of the Indian Patents Act, 1970; 35 U.S.C. § 271(e)(1) in the United States; and equivalent provisions elsewhere. Purchasers are responsible for making sure their own use of the products and any further supply complies with applicable patents and other laws in their country. No license under any patent is granted or implied by the sale of a product.
