Pemetrexed Acid

Pemetrexed Acid product with CAS: 137281-39-1 is also known as 4-[2-(2-Amino-4,7-dihydro-4-oxo-1H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidin-5-yl)ethyl] benzoic acid. This product can be used as a working standard or secondary reference standard. Additional internal validation as per respective FDA regulations/guidelines may require. It is used in Pemetrexed impurity profiling as per limits and threshold values specified by respective drug legislation, FDA, and pharmacopoeial guidelines.
